IDF launched its first Employability Quotient Programme (EQP) at DJ Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai on the 7th January 2016. Mrs. Sheela Mistry, Founder,CEO (GRI Certified Trainer) from Insight Associates and an expert in HR and Management areas delivered the EQP session to 120 engineering students. Mrs. Mistry gave an insight on the employability skills required by a candidate before hitting the corporate world. The students welcomed the programme and thanked IDF for an eye-opening session.
The programme was launched with the blessings of Dr. Ark Pillai, Dr. AP Jayaraman, Dr. Hari Vasudevan and Mrs. Shreeja Nambiar. Team IDF - Mrs. Mallika Ramchandran and Dr. Narayan Iyer exhorted students to participate in social responsibility projects of IDF.
IDF thank Team DJSCE for providing us the platform to deliver EQP.
