STEAM - 2016, an IDF presentation to inculcate scientific temper.

A cherry picked presentation of what new knowledge has been created in STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics in 2016 was done for the science students of V.K. Krishna Menon College and grade 8-9 students of Bhandup Education Society's English School, Bhandup, Mumbai on 03-03-2017. The presentation was done by Dr. AP Jayaraman (Sr. Nuclear Scientist & Trustee IDF). Dr. Narayan B. Iyer also spoke on students involvement in social responsibility initiatives.

Thanks to Mrs. Sarada Menon, Principal of BES School, Principal Dr. (Mrs) S.V. Phadnis and the entire BES Team for extending wonderful support.

It was indeed a honour and privilege to meet the founder Chairman Shri. P. A. Menon and seek his blessings.

IDF @ Bhopal

IES Group of Institutions at Bhopal invited Dr. AP Jayaraman, Sr. Nuclear Scientist and Trustee IDF to speak on the innovative method of learning science at the Junior Talent Search event organized at the school campus on 10th January 2015. Dr. AP Jayaraman addressed the students, teachers and parents and gave a science story on `Nuclear Masala Dosa'. It was much appreciated by Er. B.S. Yadav, Chairman, IES Group and all those present at the auditorium. Dr. Narayan Iyer later spoke to the engineering students on `Student Leadership and Social Responsibility'. IDF thank Team IES for the opportunity........ IDF towards fostering scientific temper in young minds and creating leaders.

Dr. AP Jayaraman, Sr. Nuclear Scientist and Trustee IDF addressed the students of VIBGYOR High, Goregaon on 07-01-2016. Science stories were the most interesting topic the students enjoyed. Mr.Shim Mathew, Principal and Team Vibgyor High complimented IDF for inculcating scientific temper in young minds.... Dr. Narayan Iyer co-ordinates with the Student Social Responsibility Cell in various social projects.
