Scientific Thinking Skills for Learning Teachers, a workshop organised for the teachers of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan School Baroda. Know Your Strength...

A workshop on strength finding was organised for the NSS Volunteers of Vivek College of Commerce Goregaon Mumbai on 07.02.2017.
Ms. Menka Vaid was the Strength Coach who conducted the workshop in a professional manner and it helped the students to understand their strengths.

Menka Vaid is a certified image consultant. She is also a Gallup strength coach. She likes to be introduced with her strengths which are- Maximiser, empathy, arranger, communication and developer. Her goal is to help people discover their 'new you'.

Menka is also the Social Ambassador of Indian Development Foundation, an NGO working for health, education and development.

Science Day at Infant Jesus Mat. School, Edamalaipudur, Trichy

Infant Jesus Mat. School, Edamalaipudur, Trichy organised Science Day, joining hands with IDF on 18th January.

Sr. Vincy Joseph, the Principal, Ms. Amalathas, The Vice Principal, Ms. Roslee, the Science teacher and  Ms. Ponamarpriya, the Maths Teacher had organised the Science Day so as to inform the students on scientific details on various diseases and to create a scientific temper in them.

Dr. S. Franklin talked on the various causes for diseases and gave detailed awareness on Tuberculosis, followed by an audio visual presentation on TB. Many children came forward to give brief talks on various first aids. Ms. Manimala and Mr. Solomon arranged for the display of health awareness materials and distribution of hand bills and book marks to the parents and the children.

Rev. Fr. Mariadurai, the Correspondent graced the event and encouraged the participation of the students.
