An honour to get blessings from Dr. T.K.Murthy -The Mridangam Legend, who was one among the many nonagenarians honoured at the Jyeshta Sadasya and Kalakar Satkar Samaroh organized by Shanmukhananda Sangeetha Sabha on the Republic Day. Dr. Murthy is a great inspiration with full of energy even at 95. God bless the legend with good health.

Jyeshta Sadasya Satkar Samaroh.... On the centenary celebrations of Dr V Subramanian, Shanmukhananda Sabha honoured members above 90 years.. the oldest member was 97. Dr Ark Pillai, founder of Indian Development Foundation (91) was also honoured at the function organised on the Republic Day.

Appreciated the work of Indian Development Foundation

Shri P. Devakumar, Dy. Commissioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (Bangalore Region) appreciated the work of Indian Development Foundation. IDF team - Dr. S. Franklin and Mr. C.A. Mathew - called on Shri P. Devakumar on 24/7/15 and apprised on the national humanitarian projects. IDF salutes Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan for participating in various health awareness and social responsibility programmes and supporting IDF projects.

IDF felicitated the Class 10 toppers

Indian Development Foundation (IDF) felicitated the Class 10 toppers in Malad area in Mumbai where IDF Bal Gurukuls projects are in operation. The felicitation function was organized on 02.07.15 at Malwani Utkarsh Vidyalaya, Mumbai.

The tenth class (SSC Board) toppers received IDF Meritorious Certificate and a special gift on their scoring excellent marks and securing 1st position in the school. Team IDF and all the Principals congratulated the achievers and wished them best of career ahead.

Team IDF - Dr. Narayan Iyer, Mrs. Rekha Bajaj and Prof. Prajesh Trotsky - congratulated the Principals of various schools for the excellent social partnership and success achieved through Bal Gurukul projects. They honoured the peak performers and presented cheques for Bal Gurukuls. The Principals appreciated IDF's support.

IDF Bal Gurukuls are a success proven model for student development. IDF has 185 Bal Gurukuls in India.
