IDF SLP Certification Day @ St. Mathew's High School

IDF-SLP (Student Leadership Programme) Certification Day was organized at St.Mathew's High School, Malwani, Malad (W), Mumbai - 23-04-2016.

Mr. Shashank Shetty and Mrs. Memon Salma, IDF SLP Mentor appreciated the role played by student leaders and presented them with Appreciation Certificate.  The students did their best in public speaking and creativity.

The Principal of the School Mrs. Larzy Vargheese, appreciate Indian Development Foundation's social initiative in creating student leaders involving volunteers. Mrs. Larzy vargheese also thanked Mr.Narayan Iyer sir , an alumni of the  school who took special care to train students.

IDF SLP Certification Day

IDF SLP Certification Day at Suvidyalay School, Borivali (West), Mumbai held on 20-02-2016. IDF SLP Mentors - Mrs. Sushma Gaba, Mrs. Aruna Sharma, Mrs. Parvathi Krishnamurthy and Mrs. Kalpana Devadiga - churned out 50 student leaders during the 12 sessions. Special thanks to all the mentors and the volunteers for supporting the movement.

Training of Mentors for IDF SLP.

Mr. Shanker Viswanath, IDF Social Ambassador (Learning and Development) made a masterly presentation and trained the the volunteers by taking them through the journey of mentorship. Mrs. Mallika Ramchandran, IDF SLP Co-ordinator gave inputs on SLP and shared the contents. The participating volunteers were presented with Certified SLP Mentor certificate. IDF SLP (Student Leadership Programme) at Anjuman-I-Islam School, Versova, Andheri (W), Mumbai successfully got completed on 15-04-2015. 50 students from Anjuman School underwent IDF SLP training (12-sessions - spaced in 12 Saturdays) and felt extremely happy with their progress. IDF SLP is a great boon for the young minds, said Principal Mrs. Sajida Pirzade. The commitment and dedication of all the mentors (Aakash Shah, Kimberly Pereira and Harsha Daga) were extraordinary which helped in moulding the students in a short span of time. Once the students are put in discipline and leadership track, their academics would certainly fall on line, she added. Congratulating all the students for successfully completing IDF SLP training, Dr.Narayan Iyer appreciated all the mentors and thanked them for their support. Dr. Narayan also thanked the Principal of the school for providing a wonderful platform to share knowledge. IDF Mentors felt extremely happy as they shared their rich experiences and expressed commitment for future sessions too. So here it is!! Finally!! Indian Development Foundation has successfully complete first Student Leadership Programme at Navi Mumbai. Team IDF   thank our mentors Mallika Sudhakar Madam, Brinda Madam and Ramkumar Sir for their support. We thank Saraswati Prasala School, Nerul Principal - Silankar Madam and staff members who had faith in IDF SLP and allowed us to conduct SLP. IDF also congratulates SLP Best Student - Saliya Sheikh , Best Speaker- Roopali Rathod and other student for participating and successfully completing SLP. We are also proud to say that few teachers in the school have complimented and thank our mentors to bring some positive change in students.

Team IDF visited Vignesh International School, Tiruvannamalai Tamil Nadu on 9th Dec. 2014. Dr. Narayan Iyer, CEO, IDF motivated the students on team-building and leadership skills. IDF thank the school team for supporting various social causes. Mr. Sreeram and Mr. Satyamuthy from IDF were also present.
