The Founder's Day celebrations of Gremaltes Hospital at Chennai was well organized. I could feel divine presence everywhere. Excellent teamwork by the leader, giving a sense of satisfaction to all those connected. Heartiest congratulations to Mr Pius Kalathil, Director of the leprosy hospital for taking the institution to greater heights, being with the institution for over 4 decades. #Adarshotsav by #AdarshVidyalaya was a celebration of happiness, honour and gratitude.
Blessings from all the teachers who are a great source of inspiration and who laid the ideal path for the young minds of Adarsh Vidyalaya. The students of Adarsh Vidyalaya are spread across the world today holding important positions in their lives, thanks to the strong foundation laid in the preparatory stage. Adarshotsav was just like a `Kumbh Mela of Adarsh Citizens' gathered to honour with gratitude the teachers who helped in shaping several lives.
It was indeed a great privilege and honour for me to be part of the Adarshotsav 2019 organized by the Alumni of Adarsh Vidyalaya, Goregaon West, Mumbai on 21st April 2019.

Indian Development Foundation partnered with Adarshotsav and will continue to support various social and student development projects in Adarsh Vidyalaya.

Goodness Message..

Team IDF on a study tour with Vinimay Trust Team to Chembur Children's Home at Mankhurd, Mumbai which is managed by Women and Child Development Department, Govt. of Maharashtra. Team Vinimay Trust are doing excellent work in the Chembur Children's Home for over 3 decades. Excellent care is provided to the children in the centre. We also visited Vinimay Trust's Tarun Sadan at Koparkhairane (Navi Mumbai) which is run for the rehabilitation of boys who are 18 years and above. Salutations to all the volunteers of Vinimay Trust for the wonderful work.
Team IDF will partner with Vinimay Trust to render its services and strengthen them in their journey.

Nielsen Global Impact Day 12th June 2014, Andheri, Mumbai.

Nielsen Team visited St. Catherine's Home and School at Andheri (West), Mumbai on 12th June 2014 as part of their Global Impact Day organized annually. Indian Development Foundation's education projects (Bal Gurukuls) were selected for the Nielsen Global Impact Day. 



The social champions from Nielsen visited St. Catherine's School @ Andheri, Mumbai as part of their global social impact day. 

The visiting team distributed note-books, stationary items, umbrellas, food and gifts. The team spent a good amount of time with the children and created a social impact. Performance by Drum Cafe Team was a wonderful treat for the children. Several children in the Bal Gurukuls got benefited by this process.

Nielsen Global Impact Day June 12th 2014, Chennai

Nielsen Team visited our project at Thiruvalluvar Bal Gurukul, Royapuram and Damien Bal Gurukul, Velachery in Chennai on 12th June 2014 as part of their Global Impact Day organized annually. Indian Development Foundation's education project was selected for the Nielsen Global Impact Day. The social champions from Nielsen visited the location as part of their global social impact day. 

The visiting team distributed note-books, food and gifts. The team spent a good amount of time with the children and created a social impact. The children were taken to Birla Planetarium. Nielsen Global Impact Day 12th June 2014, Govandi, Mumbai

Nielsen Global Impact Day - 2014. Nielsen Team visited our project at Lok Seva Sangam at Bainganwadi, Govandi, Mumbai on 12th June 2014 as part of their Global Impact Day organized annually. 

Indian Development Foundation's health project was selected for the Nielsen Global Impact Day. The social champions from Nielsen visited the location as part of their global social impact day. 

The visiting team distributed note-books, stationery, umbrellas, food and gifts. The team spent a good amount of time with the children and created a social impact. Performance by the children- Copeira form of Brazilian martial arts was enjoyed by everyone. Several children in got benefited by this process.

IDF partners with ICFAI for Centre for Women Development, Hyderabad.

With an intention to bring about the advancement of women in three communities - rural, students and the employed the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education inaugurated "The Centre for Women Development (CWD)" at its campus.  

C Suvarna, Special Commissioner (Watersheds), Government of Andhra Pradesh, who inaugurated the centre said that policies have theri own limitations and beyond that it is the initiatives by institutions like ICFAI that can educate, create awareness ad empower women across all strata of the country.

Guests of honour Vanitha Datla, Managing Director at Elico Healthcare Services and Sanjay Ram, Project Coordiantor of Indian Development Foundation, enlightened the audience J. Mahender Reddy, Vice - Chancellor of IFHE spoke.
