Vaishnavi Bal Gurukul launched at Goregaon, Mumbai
IDF launched Vaishnavi Bal Gurukul at Aarey Colony, Goregaon, Mumbai on 19-01-2013 in collaboration with Maharashtra Lokahita Seva Mandal (MLSM). Dr. ARK Pillai & Capt. Balsubramanian and Mr. Piyush Mathur launched Vaishnavi Bal Gurukul. Mr. Piyush Mathur, CEO of Nielsen & his family were present at the function. They encouraged the children to study well and expressed support to IDF's social initiative. Mr Jagdish C. Vaswani who congratulated IDF and MLSM for their wonderful efforts. IDF congratulates Dr. W. S. Bhatki, Director MLSM, Mrs. Ruby, Project Co-ordinator and the entire team for their excellent support. Mrs. Meenakshi Vijay Kumar will be the teacher for the Bal Gurukul. Initially the survey of the Adivasi area was conducted by the volunteers of ITM Business School as part of their Social Responsibility Project and the findings gave birth to Vaishnavi Bal Gurukul. Our special thanks to Team ITM for their wonderful support.
