Cecil made a model of "flower vase" as kitty for coins for self and the kids in the family. Kids and parents have the habit of putting all the coins daily into the vase and within a short time, the `changes' have the power to make a sea-change in million lives. A chase for the second and third vases were on as IDF team stepped into their Schaumburg home.
