Its the time to go one step ahead and take up `Clean India' movement and Octogenerarian Dr. Pillai is a fitting person to take up this national cause, said Dr. Sam. Whenever you come across any problem, think of Mahatma Gandhi and go ahead, you will find answers. There is lot to be done in the areas of cleanliness drive in India and IDF has all potentials to do. May it be government offices, hospitals, parks, places of worship or any other public area, cleanliness has to be maintained. It will help in reducing spread of communicable diseases and keep people healthy. We need to create a sense of cleanliness drive among every citizen.

Dr. Pillai thanked Dr.Sam Pitroda for giving this challenge to IDF team for building a nation-wide programme on cleanliness. We will make a strategy plan before it is launched and every care will be taken to enlist public participation and in building a better civil society, expressed Dr. Pillai with all confidence.
