The children spoke with confidence and hope in their eyes at Republic Day celebrations at the Madrassa at Four Bungalows Andheri West Mumbai...... An honour to be with the students who spoke so well in different languages. IDF with the help of volunteers runs English and Marathi classes for the students... Career Guidance Workshop@ Goa

Indian Development Foundation and Education Beyond Frontiers jointly organized a Career Guidance workshop for tenth grade students at St. Alex Church Auditorium, Curtorim, Salcete, Goa on 10th January 2017.
350 students from 9 different schools attended the workshop. Speakers were :- Fr. Domnic Savio, Principal of Pope John XXIII High school! Quepem, Goa, (Career Guidance) , Professor Uday Ballikar, Former Principal, Damodar College, Margao (Competitive and Professional Examinations) and Dr. Narayan Iyer (Leadership Skills and attitude for career growth).
 The event started by 9:45 am got concluded by 1:30 pm. Mr. Gromiko, Convenor, EBF welcomed. Mr. Jose Mario Quadros proposed vote of thanks. Dr. S. Franklin co-ordinated the event.

Goodness Talk @ Chandor

Indian Development Foundation organized a leadership talk for the tenth grade students of St. Joseph Educational Institute, Chandor, Goa on 10th Jan 2017.
Dr. Narayan Iyer spoke on Leadership skills for career growth and guided the students towards career path.
Mrs. Perci Fernandes, Principal of the school thanked team IDF for conducting such inspirational talks.

SLP in Action.

Students from DSIMS (Durgadevi Saraf Institute of Management Studies) volunteering for Student Leadership Programme (SLP) at Malwani Schools.  Dr. C. Babu, Director of DSIMS visited the SLP locations and witnessed for himself the excellent job done by the volunteers.  Dr. Babu appreciated Team IDF and all the volunteers for the wonderful social initiative in training student leaders in India.

IDF Organize Tree Plantation Drive@ Blind Home

VIBGYOR International School, Malad conducted a tree plantation activity.
The students planted saplings @ M.N. Banajee Industrial,Home For the Blind, Students were happy to plant saplings as this was something which do rarely. 

The tree plantation activity was conducted as a part SSRC program of the school. 
IDF appreciates the efforts of the school in imbibing the values for Social service and community development in the students.

IDF welcomes 2017 with a difference

Nothing Better then this to start the New year 2017.When everyone is busy in planning how to start a new day Social Ambassadors of Team Indian Development Foundation visited Assisi Bhavan (Old Age Home) and celebrated the New year with Difference with the Elderly and seek the Blessings from them.

We also celebrated the Birthday of our dearest Rita Aunty. She is one of the inmates at Assisi.She felt so happy and showered the Blessings on us. We sang songs and prayed for all our friends and colleagues for Good Health ,Wealth and Happiness.

Team IDF also Appreciated the efforts of all the sisters who take care of the inmates 24*7 with all love by giving them an Award for Excellence in Humanitarian Service.Salutations to all.

The Youngsters from Sarvodya Balika Vidyalaay also participated and Seek the Blessings. Kiddos to them Being in 10th std still came in to spread the goodness and happiness.

Of course we missed the presence of our Dearest Ark Pillai Uncle,The Founder President of IDF. The one who has inspired and motivated all of us and created the Family of IDF. Come Back soon Uncle.
